Sites that help musicians to grow.

Now, I'm not intending this to be spammy, but I thought it would be nice to have a list of resources located all in one place.  So, this thread is for that.  It is NOT a place for you to list a low content high sales adsense site.  It is a thread for links to legitimate, high content sites that are relevant to the budding or mid level jazz musician.

I will start it out with Jazz Advice , a blog that two musicians are developing.  There are great content based posts there, very well done and informative.
